Refund Policy

The Productivity Reset is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the course doesn't measurably improve how you start and finish your work, we'll refund you — no forms, no calls.
1. The Guarantee
You may request a full refund of the US$129.90 one-time payment for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Email support@productivity-reset.com from the address used on your order with the subject line "Refund".
2. Digital Content
Because the course is delivered instantly, by purchasing you agree that access begins immediately. This does not affect your right to request a refund under the 30-day guarantee above.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your statement.
4. Access After a Refund
When a refund is issued, access to the course and any bonus materials is revoked.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. In almost every case we can resolve a billing question faster than a dispute, and we're happy to help.
6. Abuse of the Guarantee
We reserve the right to decline requests that show evidence of abuse — for example repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or bulk downloading of content immediately followed by a refund request.
