• Account data — name and email address you provide at checkout.

• Usage data — pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP, and which lessons you've opened.
• Support data — the content of emails you send us.

To process your payment, give you access to the course, send your receipt and service emails, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and improve the course and this website.

We may send you occasional emails about the course and related material. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects your access to what you purchased.

We share data only with service providers who help us operate: payment processors, email delivery, course hosting, and analytics. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We may also disclose data where required by law.

We keep account and order records for as long as your access is active and thereafter as required for tax and accounting obligations. Support emails are retained for up to 24 months.

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email support@productivity-reset.com and we will respond within 30 days.

This course is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
