We respect intellectual property rights and expect our members to do the same. All lessons, worksheets and page copy of The Productivity Reset are protected by copyright.

1. Reporting Infringement

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@productivity-reset.com with the subject "DMCA Notice".

2. Required Information

Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
The exact URL of the allegedly infringing material.
Your name, address, telephone number and email.
A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Our Response

We review valid notices promptly and will remove or disable access to material we determine to be infringing, notifying the person who posted it where applicable.

4. Counter-Notice

If your material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, the material and its former location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.

5. Repeat Infringers

We terminate access for members who repeatedly infringe copyright, including anyone redistributing our lessons. No refund is issued in these cases.
