Cancellation Policy

The Productivity Reset is a one-time purchase, so there is no subscription to cancel and nothing will ever renew. This policy explains order cancellation and account closure.
1. Nothing Renews
Your US$129.90 payment is charged once. We do not store a recurring billing schedule against your account, so no future charge can occur.
2. Cancelling an Order
If you completed checkout by mistake, email support@productivity-reset.com with the subject "Cancel order". Within the 30-day guarantee window this is handled as a full refund (see our Refund Policy).
3. Closing Your Account
You may ask us to close your account and delete your personal data at any time. Closing your account permanently removes your course access and is not reversible.
4. Cancellation by Us
We may cancel access in cases of fraud, chargeback abuse, or redistribution of course content. Where appropriate and lawful, we will notify you first.
